Fund Development Plan: We have experience creating multi-year Fund Development Plans for our clients.  This is a critical tool which provides a detailed roadmap for any agency interested in growing and diversifying its revenue streams.  We will work closely with you and your Board to get a comprehensive picture of your fundraising history and current status, as well as your operating, programmatic and capital goals.  Based on this information, we will deliver a plan which may include revenue goals by source and year; development staffing and budget recommendations; and strategies, resources and other key elements necessary to help ensure your organization's future sustainability.

Board Fundraising Assessment: Perhaps the most important role of any non-profit Board of Directors is that of fundraising.  We have experience conducting thorough, methodical reviews of the Board's composition, operations and roles using a proven process and tools tailored to the unique needs and goals of your agency.  We will assess your Board's status and potential to help raise the funds necessary to sustain and grow your organization.

• Funder Prospect Research. We use several tools to identify prospective funders which are a good fit for your agency’s mission, programs and target population. These include three different online searchable databases, 990 Forms, websites, and listservs of requests for proposals. We also contact funders directly with the goal to engage them in dialogue, and increase the likelihood of securing a grant.
• Grant Writing. With clear and concise language, we develop convincing grant proposals, designed to demonstrate to funders that your agency’s mission is aligned with their funding priorities.
• Budget Development. We help you develop clear program budgets that are consistent with the grant proposal’s narrative.
• Training. We offer training in grantsmanship to groups small and large, providing your staff the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in grant development.

Individual Giving: We provide consultation to ensure you have the right and right amount of infrastructure necessary to support this critical area of development.  We assist with electronic communications designed to promote and facilitate online giving.  We can independently research and recommend fundraising or Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software or online products which best fit your needs and budget.
