Kenny Weill, Principal
Kenny Weill brings more than a dozen years experience in the non-profit sector to his consulting work.
Since launching K. Weill Consulting in 2002, Kenny's grant development work has helped his diverse clients raise on average $1.5 million each year. He has delivered additional services to help build his non-profit clients’ capacity, including program development and operations management; research such as literature reviews, best practices, needs assessments and industry trends; other writing and copy editing services such as web text, newsletters, correspondence and press releases; and trainings in grantsmanship.
In 2008, Kenny founded NPO Connect, an online platform designed to enable individuals working or volunteering in the non-profit sector to connect, to mentor and/or be mentored by their peers, and to build their skills. The ultimate goal is this skill-sharing will not only benefit the non-profit professionals but also will serve to strengthen their agency and the non-profit sector as a whole.
Kenny has held management, research and direct care positions in community-based, academic, health care and government settings. Before dedicating his time fully to consulting, Kenny worked at The Greater Boston Food Bank as Manager of their Member Services Department. Previously, he was Director of Member Services at Network Health, a Medicaid health plan owned by the Cambridge Health Alliance.
Kenny received a Masters of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University. Kenny is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Non-Profit Consultants Network (NCN), the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, and the Massachusetts Public Health Association, and enjoys working collaboratively with other consultants. He resides in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife, Joanna, and their daughter.

Jessie Williams Reynoso, Senior Associate
Jessie Williams Reynoso holds over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in youth development, community health, and behavioral health care. Jessie earned a Masters of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Starting out her career in youth development, Jessie led Hurricane Island Outward Bound School wilderness courses for youth at risk in Florida and Maine. She served as a counselor and program coordinator in both after school and residential settings for youth at risk in Boston, Cambridge and Watertown. Jessie later worked at the MA Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Abuse Services where she focused on policy issues concerning women’s and family treatment. Her interest in community health took her to the Greater Boston communities of Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, and Winthrop, where she provided assessment and planning training and consultation to coalitions engaged in health improvement processes. Later, Jessie staffed the community fundraising campaign to renovate the Meridian House, a residential substance abuse treatment program in East Boston. Most recently, she has led participatory action research projects, facilitated health assessment and planning processes to prevent underage drinking, organized task forces to address emerging issues such as opiate abuse and youth violence, and used her advocacy and development skills to help launch and sustain new programs and services in the community of Revere. Jessie joined K. Weill Consulting in March 2008.
Jessie resides in Somerville, Massachusetts with her husband, Juan, and their two children. They are active in their community and travel frequently to visit family in Maine and Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.
