Kenny Weill, Principal

Kenny Weill received a Masters of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, where he was awarded the Limbach Prize for Community Service. He has more than a dozen years work experience in research, management and direct care positions in community-based, academic, health care and government settings.

Before dedicating his time fully to consulting, Kenny worked at The Greater Boston Food Bank as Manager of their Member Services Department. Previously, he was Director of Member Services at Network Health, a start-up Medicaid health plan owned by The Cambridge Health Alliance.

Beginning spring, 2001, Kenny trained with and wrote grant proposals for another independent consultant. In 2002, he branched out on his own and through his work in grant development has helped his clients raise on average $1.5 million each year. Over time, Kenny has offered additional services to help build his non-profit clients’ capacity, including program development and operations management, research (e.g. literature reviews, best practices, needs assessments, industry trends), other writing and copy editing services (e.g. web text, newsletters, correspondence, press releases) and trainings in grant writing and research.

Kenny is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Non-Profit Consultants Network (NCN), and the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, and enjoys working collaboratively with other member consultants. He resides in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife Joanna and daughter Ilana.

Jessie Williams-Reynoso, Senior Associate

Jessie Williams-Reynoso holds over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.  She received a Masters of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University.

Jessie started her career in youth development, serving as an instructor in the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School’s youth at risk programs. She has been a counselor and program coordinator in both after school and residential environments in Boston, Cambridge and Watertown. Jessie later worked at the MA Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Abuse Services where she focused on policy issues concerning women’s and family treatment.  Her interest in community health took her to the Greater Boston communities of Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, and Winthrop where she provided training and assistance to coalitions engaged in health improvement processes. On behalf of North Suffolk Mental Health, Jessie staffed the community fundraising campaign to renovate the Meridian House, a residential treatment program in East Boston.  Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Revere CARES Coalition, a program of Massachusetts General Hospital Community Benefits.  Jessie led participatory action research projects, facilitated health assessment and planning processes, organized task forces to address emerging issues such as opiate abuse and youth violence, and used her advocacy and development skills to help launch and sustain new programs and services in the community. Jessie is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jessie resides in Somerville, Massachusetts with her husband, Juan, and their two children Maya and Samuel. They are active in their community and travel frequently to visit family in Maine and Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.
